Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your e-mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward mail messages from one email box to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email box you would like to redirect messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
